Only 100m to the beach and 200m to Sealink ferry with views over the Penneshaw Beach to the Australian mainland.

Talinga is the classic beach house. Sliding glass doors front and rear allow cooling breezes through the house although it is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning for those who prefer it.

Talinga Terrace is a quiet cul-de-sac with Talinga-on-the-Bay second from the end. A two-minute walk gets you to the safe swimming beach a five minute walk to the ferry and five minutes to the main shopping area, Post Office and restaurants.

The three quarter size pool table is an attraction for the sporting minded and is separate from the main living area to give members of the family a chance to pursue their individual interests. A dining table in the living room, as well as a table in the kitchen, also make space for reading or jigsaws. A gas BBQ and a picnic table and chairs in the private back courtyard make for a holiday atmosphere.

The sleeping arrangements are; one double and one queen room with two extra single beds in the Pool room. All linen is supplied and beds made up.

Price structure is $95 per night for two, $15 per night for extra adults and $10 for children
